Who has access to an employee's personal health records?
All HIPAA guidelines are followed, only the patient and medical providers who the patient authorizes will ever be able to access the health records.
Will an employee still be able to see other providers if needed?
Yes, our dedicated Care Navigator will work with the employee and help them navigate the healthcare system when specialty/additional care is required.
How much does it cost to see a physician at an onsite employer healthcare center?
To engage utilization typically there are little to no costs to see a physician and receive services onsite, such as lab work, physicals, routine visits, urgent care visits, or vaccinations/immunizations. A patient's out-of-pocket costs are determined during the initial stages of center development.
How does an employee schedule an appointment?
Some groups use a no-appointment walk-in system, some offer appointment only and others have a hybrid approach. Some companies provide a scheduling app however, depending on your choice we make it easy to get an appointment—by phone, online, or in-person.
Who is eligible to use Employer Healthcare Center's services?
Eligibility will depend on your organization. Some include the employee only, some include spouses and dependent children, and some offer to retirees.
